1st Day of School!

Gabrielle has started day-care, which we call school because she can say it and we know the sign for it. So far, she loves it. The first day, I said good-bye and she blew me a kiss, said "bye-bye mama" and ran to the toys and her new friends. I almost cried. I wanted her to cry. Sort of...not really, but I did want her to show a little emotion! he second day she held my leg as I said good-bye, she looked up at me and said "mama?" and I said yes, I am your mama and I will be back after lunch to get you." "Ok, bye-bye mama" and off she went. We have a little trooper who is home today with grand-mama with her first of a million school runny-noses. She goes for her 1st full day tomorrow!
